Curbside Collection Program

Concord’s curbside collection program is rate-payer funded.  Tax dollars do not support the program. The Town contracts with Waste Management for residential solid waste & recycling collection. Residents can subscribe to the Town’s curbside collection program via mail or in person at the Concord Treasurer's Office at 22 Monument Square.

Subscribers pay a monthly fee for both collection and disposal of solid waste in a Town-issued 35-gallon cart and collection and processing of recycling in a Town-issued 96-gallon cart.  This fee appears on the Town of Concord monthly utility bills.

Overflow Tags

Residents may have trash in addition to what fits in their 35-gallon, Town-issued, cart.  Yellow overflow tags can be purchased to be placed on any 35-gallon overflow bags for that additional solid waste disposal. Overflow tags are $3.60 each and can be purchased online and at the following retailers:

Concord Lumber
Crosby's Supermarket
Marshall Farm (March-December)
Vanderhoof Hardware
West Concord Pharmacy
